ePortal (INSEAD)

Full redesign of INSEAD's Executive Education portal, where organisations (B2B) and individuals (B2C) buy their programmes and then follow them. A portal built page by page over the years with no overall consistency: I brought both journeys under a single design system without changing how anything works. Reusable components, one action colour per screen, screen-by-screen migration and full documentation for the team. Integrated into Salesforce.
